Before you publish this: replace the bracketed fields and have it reviewed for your jurisdiction. This is a starting point, not legal advice.

Using Omni Post

You need an account to use Omni Post, you must be at least [MINIMUM AGE], and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us permission to store, display and distribute it inside the service, so that we can technically show it to other users. That permission ends when you delete the content, aside from copies that may remain in backups for a limited period.

Only upload images you have the right to use. Uploading someone else's work as your own can get your account removed.

Rules

Do not use Omni Post to:

The anonymous question feature is not a shield. Sender identity is recorded, and abuse sent through it is treated the same as abuse sent under your name.

Reporting and enforcement

Any post, comment, message or question can be reported from inside the app. You can also block another user, which stops their questions and messages from reaching you.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why, but we may act immediately in serious cases, particularly those involving the safety of minors or credible threats of harm.

Advertising

The service may show advertising. Do not click your own ads or ask others to, and do not try to manipulate ad delivery.

Service provided as is

Omni Post is provided without warranties. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, or that content will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to [AMOUNT, e.g. USD 100].

Ending your account

You can stop using Omni Post at any time and request deletion at [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL]. We may suspend or close accounts that repeatedly or seriously break these rules.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and will announce material changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE].
